Home Care Patient Surveys and Assessments
When Prism does an assessment, we come and survey your home. We take the time to listen and understand the challenges you are facing, and take a careful measure of your house's specific characteristics, examining such things as:
- ceiling type
- vertical dimensions
- support structures
- obstructions
- door headers/wall modifications
- electrical systems
Then we outline the choices available to you, suggesting alternatives you may not have thought of. Sometimes the best solution is a transfer sheet; sometimes it's a floor lift; sometimes it's a ceiling lift. If it's track you need, the Prism representative will explain precisely how it will go in. There will be no surprises.
