After we've helped you choose the right equipment, installed it in a timely manner and trained your staff, we offer on-going support and maintenance.
Before we leave, we work with your maintenance personnel to make sure they understand any troubleshooting that might be necessary, keeping your equipment continues working properly.
We also discuss laundering procedures with housekeeping staff and how to maintain proper infection control.
We can return on an annual basis to inspect the equipment, answer any questions which have come up as a result of using the equipment; and, because equipment is only as good as the people who are using it, we can refresh staff training, or redo it entirely, as well as reviewing all your facility's moving, handling and transfer procedures.
