Charley Wallace - President
Charley Wallace joined the Prism Medical team in 2006 with a background in safe patient handling devices and other medical products. Charley oversees all aspects of Prism Medical's United States operations. He has a Bachelor's degree from St. Lawrence University and a Master's in Business Administration from Washington University.
Steven Clark - Chief Operating Officer
Steven Clark is responsible for sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, customer service and engineering/product development in his role as COO at Prism Medical. He has almost 30 years of experience in the durable medical equipment industry. In his career Steven has been responsible for full P&L management of companies ranging from $80-$250 million in sales and from 125 to 1,200 in overall staff. He is also experienced in Medicare, Medicaid, Work Comp, Auto and Commercial insurance billing and collection.
Jeffrey A. Matthews - VP of Operations
Jeffrey was recruited to Prism Medical to improve the global Quality System. He brings 20+ years of experience in Medical Device / Pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory. Throughout his career Jeff has implemented quality systems and processes in manufacturing to ensure customers are receiving high quality, safe and effective products. He is a member of the Senior Management Team and is responsible for Compliance, Quality System implementation, Adverse Event Reporting, Corrections and Removals, Regulatory Agency Audits, and Quality Control.
Jeremy Bespalko – VP Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development, Jeremy brings over 20 years of sales experience to Prism Medical. His current duties include managing sales teams for Prism’s Long Term Care and Institutional dealers as well as managing Prism’s subsidiary, Medcare Products. Prior to this role, Jeremy spent 10 years as the Director of Sales for both the US and Canadian divisions of Prism. Before Prism, Jeremy began his career at BHM Medical and in 12 years worked his way up through Sales, Sales Management and Product Management positions. Jeremy graduated from York University in 1998 with a degree in Political Science, and he is originally from Saskatchewan, Canada.
Steve Schaper – General Manager – St. Louis
As the General Manager of Prism Medical’s St. Louis office, Steve Schaper is responsible for managing sales, customer service, installation services, warehousing and order fulfillment. He also is establishing and developing relationships with Acute Care Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities and within the Home Care market. A seasoned sales and operational manager, Steve has more than 30 years of experience in the Durable Medical Equipment field. Prior employers include Apria Healthcare, Praxair Healthcare Services and BJC Home Care Services. Steve has a Bachelor’s in Marketing and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from St. Louis University.
Kevin Klipfel – VP Business Development
Kevin manages and develops all direct acute care hospital accounts as the Vice President of Business Development. With this role, Kevin also develops and manages strategic partnerships and key accounts in the acute care field. within his 11 years at Prism, Kevin has managed the National Sales in the US and the MedBloc Distribution, which became Invacare. Prior to Prism, Kevin spent 17 years in the overhead track lift business and 16 years in the business of bed side and nursing station monitoring as Director of Services for Mennen Medical. With Mennen, Kevin also worked in field service, customer service and systems engineering. Kevin is a Certified Ergonomics Specialist, and he has an AAS degree for Electrical Technology. He is married with three children and likes to spend his free time either outdoors hunting, in the gym, or playing organized basketball.
Alex Krupski - Director of Financial Planning & Analysis
Alex Krupski is the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Prism Medical. With over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, Alex manages all aspects of the financial control and direction within Prism Medical. Alex holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Webster University and received his B.S. in Accounting from Harris-Stowe State College.
Greg Ernst – Controller - U.S. Operations
Greg manages the US financial operations encompassing the reporting and transactional part of Prism. Greg brings almost 25 years of financial manufacturing experience including a FDA environment at Virbac SA and heavy industrial at Emerson Electric. Greg is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a MBA from Fontbonne University. In his free time, he enjoys photography and travel.
